Sweepstakes Rules

Prize is a copy of either Long Tail Pro (Standard) or Easy Azon 3.0 (Multi-Site-Use-Rights).  The winner will get to choose which they prefer.

Open to individual U.S. residents aged 18 and older only; void where prohibited.

One entry per person.

Giveaway starts at 07:00 EST on Monday, November 10th, 2014 and ends at Noon EST on Friday, November 14th, 2014.

Winner will be selected randomly and notified via the e-mail that was provided during Sweepstakes entry, in the afternoon of Friday, November 14th, 2014.  

Upon confirmation of winning entry, NicheSiteTools.com will purchase either Long Tail Pro (Standard) or Easy Azon 3.0 (Multi-Site-Use-Rights) on behalf of the winner and will specify the winner's desired email address as the registered owner of the software, during purchase.  Prize will be purchased no later than Nov 30th, 2014.

Winner agrees to allow NicheSiteTools.com to utilize their first name to announce the Sweepstakes winner on the blog/Podcast.

Prize unclaimed after 24 hours from notification is forfeited and NicheSiteTools.com reserves the right to select another winner at random.

NicheSiteTools.com reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any time.

Long Tail Pro (Standard) is valued at $67 and Easy Azon 3.0 (Multi-Site-Rights) is valued at $37. 

Winner is responsible for reporting the value of his/her prize for tax purposes, where required.

Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entrants.

The name of the winner will be mentioned in the Podcast/blog post on NicheSiteTools.com on Monday, November 17th and can also be obtained by emailing chris@nichesitetools.com

All entries received after the Sweepstakes closing date and time will not be considered.  Entries that do not follow all of the entry requirements will not be considered.  NicheSiteTools.com is not liable for late or misdirected entries, entry errors, or transmission problems.

If technical issues arise, resulting in duplicate entries, those entries will be removed prior to selecting a winner.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless NicheSiteTools.com and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with a Sweepstakes.

Non-winning entries from one Sweepstakes may not be carried forward to future Sweepstakes.
